At NEXO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Window
Customers have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns requested after the 5-day period may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
